What the heck is this website about?
Oh dear, not clear?

  • Well first, I write about creating a beautiful apartment.  Having downsized from a single family house to an apartment, I truly believe it too is a place for a fabulous life style.  
  • Second, I love to cook.  That can be a challenge in a small apartment kitchen.  So I check out recipes and create some of my own in my "tight ass" kitchen.  Then I share them with you.
  • Finally, I have a thing about decorative pillows. They make a home feel so comfy.  I make them and I sell them too.  Recently, I transitioned to only making decor pillows with word sayings that make us smile.  We all need the feeling of a smile.  Don't you agree?

What is your return policy?
It’s easy because what’s most important is your satisfaction.  If the pillow does not complement your décor, just return it within 10 days.  You only have to pay return shipping fees.  If the order is damaged when you received it, I will gladly replace it.  I only ask that you first contact me in both situations so that I can expect the returns.  For more details, see my Return Policy.

Is my personal data safe when I make a purchase?
Indeed it is.  Your credit card information is encrypted and processed through Stripe.  This data is NOT captured on my website.  Only your shipping information is retained on Annsliee.  I do not share or sell your personal data.  I don’t even use it for future marketing.  To learn of new items and discounts, you must sign up for my monthly newsletter. 

Do you do custom order requests with different sizes?
Yes, I do custom orders and in different sizes.  Often these requests come with customer’s own personal saying.   I provide complete quotes and time frames with custom requests as quickly as possible.  Once there is an agreement on the design, I list it as a Custom Order.  When the purchase is made, I begin work the next business day.  To make a request, just contact me via “Talk to me.”

Can you work with fabric I already have?
Currently, I prefer not to.  However, if I can get a swatch of the fabric, I would be happy to consider it. 

When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days after purchase.  I sell the pillows that are shown in the listing first.  New orders may take 3-5 business days.  In this case, I will contact you to confirm the shipping date as quickly as possible.  All order embroidered pillows are shipped FedEx which generally takes 2-3 business days.  Pillow covers are shipped via USPS which generally takes 3-5 business days.

What fabric choices do you have?
Currently, fabrics shown in the listings are available.  New fabrics are coming soon.

 Can you provide hypoallergenic inserts?
Yes, I can.  Just make your request in “Talk to me.”

Can I get a free fabric swatch?
Of course, I would be happy to send you a free fabric swatch.  They’re about the size of a #10 envelope (3” x 6”).  Just send a request in “Talk to me.”

Where are you located?
My home studio is in Wilmington, NC.  If you are in the city, you can also visit my display studio at the ArtWorks-Wilmington (tm), an artist village, located 200 Willard Street , near Greenfield Park.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
I can ship to Canada and Australia but must include shipping fees.  Please contact me for a quote.

Where can I find reviews of your work?
Although, I’m presently unable to provide reviews on this site, you will find reviews of my product and service on these sites:  Annsliee on Etsy and Annsliee on Houzz

Is my personal email address safe when I sign up for the monthly newsletter?
Indeed it is!  I don't share or sell your email address.  I use it to keep you up to date on new posts about apartment living, special sales and finally, to remind you I'm here to inspire you.   Try it out.
